Art Festival Finds

I hope everyone had a beautiful Mother's Day! We had quite a busy weekend and it was wonderful to cap it off with dinner to celebrate my mama. I was excited to give my mom a gift she had originally seen on my blog. She loved the state-shaped cutting boards, so we gave her the South Carolina version, her home-state. They are beautiful in person and a really nice size!

This weekend was extremely busy - not only did I work Saturday and Sunday, but attended a wedding shower, wedding, and a graduation party! All of the parties were lovely and had unique touches to them. But by Sunday night, I was wiped out! Poor Tucker was up for hours last night itching. I'm thinking it's from seasonal allergies - I read that dogs scratch a lot during allergy season - so I gave him some Benadryl for relief. I hope it helps. Mama and Tucker need sleep tonight.

The Art Festival took place this weekend for the City I work for, so I was busy with that during the day. It's one of the best festivals in the Southeast and features more than 150 vendors. I did manage to do a little shopping and wanted to share a few of my favorite vendors that offer online shopping!

Atlanta Vintage Travel sells fantastic vintage-style posters and prints featuring famous travel landmarks. There is also a sports collection featuring SEC and ACC football teams. I purchased the small Athens Chapel print because M and I were married there. I love some of the larger ones and think they'd be awesome in a basement.I also came across Christina Kober Designs jewelry and love the fortune cookie necklaces. They are so delicate and unique! The initial necklace is very similar to the Tiffany & Co version, except much more budget-friendly ;)

And finally, Bearly Chenille hand-makes teddy bears, rabbits and baby blankets from vintage chenille bedspreads. They are absolutely adorable and cuddly. She actually doesn't sell online, but there is a Facebook Page and she can be contacted for orders. If you're logged into Facebook, you can see her profile. The bears are precious!!And, unrelated to Art Festival, but M and I came across the website Kick It Back, a cash-back program for online shopping. Anyone familiar with it? We love anything like that - eBates, Swag Bucks, etc. If you're into those types of money-saving sites too, check it out.
