Bullet Point Wrap Up

On one hand it's hard to believe it's already Friday, yet on the other it seems like this week has dragged on forever! I worked the past three two Saturdays, so I'm super thankful to have a weekend at home. I'm actually looking forward to spending a few hours cleaning and working in the yard tomorrow. ;) It's the small things, I suppose!

A few fun and random things for your Friday.....

1. My third favorite Southern lifestyles magazine (#1 is Southern Living and #2 is Southern Lady) is available on Groupon today. Garden & Gun is a gorgeous magazine and you can score six issues for just $10!

2. I purchased Skinny Girl margarita this week and was surprised at 1) how affordable it is and 2) how delicious it tastes! Bethenny is a genius. Don't you just want to slap yourself for not thinking of this idea first? I love that it's just $12.99 and includes the tequila. Easy as pie to pour yourself a marg that's bikini friendly.

3. Matt got a new job! I am so, SO proud of him. I can't share too many details about it, but it's with a company he wanted to work for nearly two years ago and wasn't offered the job then. It's funny how God's timing is always perfect and right.

4. My sister and I saw the movie "Something Borrowed" last weekend. Look, I know it's gotten a bad wrap and all, but really the book wasn't complete without its sequel "Something Blue", so why would we think the movie would be? I loved it and cannot wait to see it continued and concluded in the sequel.

5. Tucker was attacked (I use the word loosely because it wasn't that bad) by a dog in the neighborhood last week. At first we didn't think it broke the skin, but later we realized he was left with two bite marks. I'm very dramatic with the dogs...imagine that? He'll be fine though; it looks worse than it is.
